How to Enroll

Prospective Family Meetings

Parents interested in enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year are encouraged to attend a Parent Informational Meeting.  Piedmont’s Prospective Parent Information Meetings will be the 1st Tuesday of the month.  These dates are January 3rd, February 7th and March 7th in the auditorium at 6:30pm on the Elementary Campus.  Applications will be available at these meetings.

New Students
New student lottery applications will be accepted beginning January 2nd, 2017 continuing through Wednesday, March 29th by 3:30pm.  If there are more applications for a grade than there are seats available, a lottery will be held to fill vacant seats in the grade.  After seats are filled, the drawing will continue to determine the order of a waiting list. Applications received after March 29th at 3:30pm will be considered if space is available or added to the waiting list if classes are full. Current year waiting lists dissolve when the next enrollment period begins.

Lottery Date
The lottery will be Tuesday, April 11th at 6:30pm in the elementary auditorium.

Current Students
Currently enrolled students will inform the school of their intentions to stay at Piedmont or leave in January 2017 by completing the pink intent form. They will also be able to submit names of siblings that will get priority seating if space is available. If space is not available for all siblings, there will be a sibling lottery.

Enrollment after the Lottery
Applications will still be accepted after the lottery.  They will be placed on the waiting list as they are submitted. If you have any questions about student records or enrollment that this website can not answer, please feel free to call David Benfield, at (704) 349-4650.
