Nomination Form

Before nominating an individual, talk with that person to:

• Ensure nominee has a student enrolled in the Elementary Campus grades.

• Is willing to serve for a two-year term.

• Is able to fulfill the responsibilities of a board member (Outlined in the Bylaws located on the school website).

To make a nomination:

• Complete nomination slip (only nominations submitted on this Nomination Form accepted).

• Return to Jennifer Purdee, Head of School

• Due Wednesday, April 5th 2017 by 3:30pm – no late nominations will be accepted.

Election Process

• Nominees will be posted on school website and at the Elementary Campus Front Office by Friday, April 7th, 2017 for your consideration prior to voting.

• Nominee Meet and Greet will be held on Tuesday, April 25th 2017 , at 6pm in the Elementary Campus Commons Area before the board meeting. Nominees will share views and thoughts on serving, then attendees will be able to ask questions of the nominees.

Voting:

o Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Elementary Campus Office.

o One vote per elementary parent. Ballot must be cast in person. No absentee ballots accepted.

o Designated staff will monitor voting.

o Results will be announced on website by Monday, May 1st, 2017.
