November 26th to 30th is Spirit Week!

 

ELEMENTARY CAMPUS

Monday is Decades Day- wear something from your favorite decade. Tuesday is Disney Day- wear any Disney costume or t-shirts. Wednesday-Hero/Superhero Day- dress like your hero in life or Superhero costumes/t-shirts. Thursday is College/Sports Day- wear favorite college or team apparel. Friday is Patriot Pride Day- wear your Patriot colors.

December 2nd will be the Gastonia Christmas Parade. Piedmont’s Dance Team, Cheerleaders, Homecoming Court and elementary choir will be in the parade. Come out and support our Patriots!!

Homecoming T-Shirts:
As part of Spirit Week/Homecoming Week, secondary students can purchase a grade level t-shirt. Students will wear these t-shirts on Friday, November 30th during Homecoming week to show their school spirit. Students should bring in $7 to their homeroom teacher beginning Monday, November 5th through Wednesday, November 14th. Questions go to Mrs. Wooten at virginia.wooten@pccharter.org.

Homecoming Court
Seniors will be nominating 5 boys and 5 girls on November 19th. They will be announced Tuesday, November 20th. High School students will vote for King and Queen on Wednesday, November, 28th in first period. The announcement will be made at halftime during the Friday basketball game. The Spirit Week Middle School and High School Talent Shows are back!
Auditions will be Wednesday, November 14th after school in Mrs. Perry’s room. Please encourage students to sign up for auditions on the Poster outside Ms. Paul’s room. Questions go to Mrs. Perry tiffany.perry@pccharter.org .

Wednesday: Dodgeball Tournament
Teams of 6 students with 1 alternative for a total of 7. (The alternate will be in case a student is absent, otherwise they will not be playing in the game. The alternate can replace a player only in the beginning of separate games.) Each player costs $3. Teams will only be registered when the full $21 is received. Teams will sign up with Mrs. Starnes. Rules and regulations will be posted soon. Questions can be directed to Mrs. Starnes at sarah.starnes@pccharter.org.

All players will be dismissed during 4th period.

Saturday: Homecoming Dance
December 1st, the Homecoming Dance will be from 7pm to 10pm at the secondary campus.

Sunday: Christmas Parade
