Student Life

Piedmont CFA has a very active community of parents. Parents enrich school life by being involved through volunteer activities, social gatherings and staying informed about student life.  Parent and students show support by being involved and informed about policies, procedures, expectations and important events and dates.  Click on the red text for links to important information.

Attendance Policy was updated in 2015. High School students can be absent up to 10 days each semester.

Piedmont is starting a student rewards program to recognize our students with outstanding grades, attendance, behavior, and school involvement. Our first reward ceremony will take place in February for those students who qualify based on their 2nd quarter achievements.  Click here for a rewards diagram describing what students need to qualify for each level and what they receive.

Parent Portal gives the parents online access to their student’s grades and attendance.  To access Parent Portal you must stop by the registrar’s office on either campus to pick up your secure login ID.

PaySchools is an online payment system that allows parents to have easy and convenient online access to purchase and pay for items and fees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. PaySchools will be programmed to accept field trip fees, club dues, donations, and other types of payments.

Spirit wear: If you missed the spirit wear order form at orientation, click on the link below to download the form.  The deadline for the first round of printing is September 8th. Send in the completed form and money to your student’s homeroom teacher. If you have any questions, please email patriotpals@pccharter.org.  Sept. 29th and Oct. 20th will be the next deadlines to order spirit wear.

Letter Jackets

After School Pick Up
The attachment at the bottom contains a list of after school care organizations for elementary PCCS-CFA students.  These groups pick up students from PCCS and provide after school programs. Contact the organization directly for more information.  The five below also provide after school pick up for our Secondary Campus.
