Welcome

To my Students:

I am so very happy to have you all back in my classroom (or for those new students, WELCOME). I look forward to working with each one of you and getting to know who you are. I LOVE reading and quilting. I LOVE to see you learning. We will be working on your specific goals. I know how much progress you all made last year and I expect to see your growth continue. Remember, if you need anything, just ask. I am able to help you on any skill that you are struggling with. Keep up the good work.

Please bring an extra pair of headphones to leave in the EC room. This will allow you to participate in ALL classroom activities.

To my students’ Parents:

I am in contact with your children’s regular classroom teacher and we are working together to collaborate on the best ways to meet the needs of your children. As I review IEPs, Accommodations, and Classroom Assignments, I will contact you as needed should anything require updating. If you have questions or need to contact me, please feel free to email me. I will respond as promptly as possible. I am happy to address any concerns with the classroom teachers and meet with you as needed. Thank you for your cooperation in making this a wonderful school year.

Make sure that you are working on Compass Learning or ixL whenever you have some extra time.
